Terms, Policies and Conditions

• These Terms, Policies and Conditions of Use (hereinafter collectively referred to as “the Terms”) are hereby issued by Mom & Dad Homes (MND Homes) and shall govern, regulate, and control all access to and use of the official website, facilities, charitable programmes, donations and institutional services of MND Homes. By accessing this website, making any donation, or engaging with MND Homes in any manner whatsoever, the user, donor, volunteer, or correspondent (hereinafter referred to as “the Donor”) hereby irrevocably agrees to be bound by the Terms as set forth herein.
• MND Homes is a charitable, non-profit welfare institution constituted exclusively for the protection, maintenance, education, rehabilitation and moral as well as social development of orphaned and abandoned children. All assets, properties, funds and programmes of MND Homes are held in fiduciary trust solely for the advancement of its charitable objects and for no private, commercial or pecuniary benefit whatsoever.
• The official website of MND Homes constitutes an informational and charitable interface through which the institution communicates its objectives, activities, appeals, and reports. All materials appearing herein are published in good faith; however, MND Homes reserves the absolute right, exercisable at its sole discretion, to amend, update, suspend or withdraw any content therefrom without prior notice and no representation or warranty is given that such information shall remain current, complete or error-free at all times.
• All sums donated to MND Homes are voluntary charitable contributions made in trust and shall be applied exclusively to the welfare, education, healthcare, accommodation, nourishment and general upkeep of the children under its care. By making a donation, the Donor expressly acknowledges and agrees that all donations are irrevocable and non-refundable save in cases of demonstrable technical or clerical error; that no donor acquires any legal, proprietary, managerial or supervisory interest in MND Homes or its affairs by reason thereof; and that MND Homes shall exercise full discretion, subject always to law and fiduciary duty, in the deployment and application of all donated funds.
• Where a contribution is designated as Zakat, MND Homes hereby undertakes to administer and disburse such funds strictly in accordance with the principles of Islamic jurisprudence and the applicable laws of Pakistan, moreover, such Zakat shall be allocated solely to eligible beneficiaries falling within the institutional programmes of MND Homes. Sadaqah and other charitable contributions shall likewise be utilised exclusively for lawful humanitarian purposes within the scope of the institution’s charitable mandate.
• MND Homes hereby declares and maintains a policy of absolute and uncompromising zero tolerance vis-à-vis any form of abuse, neglect, exploitation, discrimination or indignity inflicted upon any child. Every employee, volunteer, visitor, donor or associate is under a continuing legal and moral obligation to act in the paramount best interests of the children, and any breach hereof shall result in immediate cessation of association and, where appropriate, recourse to legal proceedings.
• MND Homes provides, subject to its institutional capacity and regulatory framework, free education, accommodation, food, clothing, medical care and psychosocial support to all children enrolled therewith, and reserves the right to modify, restructure, expand, or curtail any programme or facility in furtherance of improved welfare, compliance or sustainability.
• All volunteers, visitors, interns and external participants are admitted strictly subject to approval, vetting, and ongoing compliance with institutional protocols, ethical standards, and child-protection obligations, furthermore, no person shall acquire any right of access, participation, or continuation merely by application, association, or goodwill.
• MND Homes shall treat all personal data of donors, supporters, beneficiaries and correspondents with due care and confidentiality, and any information collected hereunder shall be used solely for lawful organisational purposes and shall not be disclosed to third parties save with the consent of the data subject or where disclosure is required by law or lawful authority, it being expressly affirmed that the identity, records and dignity of children shall be safeguarded with the utmost strictness.
• All text, images, logos, publications and materials appearing on this website are and shall remain the intellectual property of MND Homes, and no reproduction, dissemination, adaptation or commercial exploitation thereof shall be permitted without the prior written authorisation of the institution.
• MND Homes shall not be liable for any loss, damage or detriment, whether direct or indirect, arising from reliance upon any information published on this website or from any use thereof, except to the extent that such liability is imposed by mandatory provisions of law, all access and reliance being undertaken by the User entirely at his or her own risk.
• MND Homes reserves the right to amend, revise, or supplement these Terms at any time, and any such amendment shall take effect immediately upon publication herein, continued use of the website or engagement with the institution therewith constituting acceptance thereof. The Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
• All correspondence or enquiries in relation hereto shall be addressed only through the official communication channels specified on the website of MND Homes.
